October 2010 : Scotch Potatoes

Bake some large potatoes in their jackets (one or more for each person), break them in halves with a fork and
scoop out the insides and beat up in a bowl with plenty of margarine, salt, pepper,
a little anchovy or Worcester sauce, and some chopped cooked fish.

Stuff the potato shells with the mixture. 
Sprinkle each one generously with grated cheese, dot with margarine and brown under the grill.
