December 2011 : Whisky punch

Peel 3 lemons finely and squeeze out ht juice,
then put them in a large jug with 1/2 lb. sugar. Pour 2 pt. boiling water over,
and leave until cold.
Strain into a large bowl and add a bottle of Scotch whisky, stirring well.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
